There are two ways your camera receives the passwords. One is to use the sound wave code issued by the APP, and the other is to use the wifi signal to communicate. If you do not hear a "Ding-Dong" sound, the camera did not receive a password. Please try to avoid operation in a very complex wifi network or noisy environment , If  necessary , you can restart  the camera and try again .If the camera does not broadcast a "Ding-Dong" sound when it starts up ,please tap the camera's RESET button (1-2s) to ensure that the camera broadcasts the "Ding-Dong" sound before add it to your account.
